How Much is A Billion Dollars?

A “One” with nine zero's is a value that not every juror can grasp. Litigations Illustrated has been a member of the winning team (party) in multiple cases where the value at stake was in the Billions.

When trying to get a jury to award you a Billion, or up to $8.9 Billion (our highest value case) there are always going to be boxes and boxes of documents filled with financial data to backup or justify that Billion dollars.

It takes a special skill set to be able to pull apart pages and pages of Financial Information and not only guide the jury through the numbers, but make sure they understand where money is coming from and how much.

We can take all those volumes of data created from business records or an Expert's Report and make sure the jury sees where number came from and why that number belongs to your client!
